$25 to $30 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Training Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This role requires strong communication skills, project management abilities, and a passion for educating others. The Training Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring that all training materials are effective, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals.
Duties
- Design and develop training content using various instructional design methodologies.
- Facilitate classroom training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes and systems.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to assess training needs and gather feedback.
- Manage training projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track training progress and maintain records.
- Present training materials using tools such as Blackboard and Adobe Captivate to enhance learning experiences.
