Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.

  • Plan and coordinate travel itineraries (flights, accommodations, transportation).

  • Assist with event planning for personal and business occasions.

  • Handle personal errands like grocery shopping and dry cleaning.

  • Act as the primary contact for client inquiries and correspondence.

  • Support clients with special projects and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Concierge.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

  • Flexibility to handle changing priorities and needs.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
