Job Overview:

We are seeking a Litigation Lawyer in Milton Ontario. with 1+ years’ experience in areas such as Real Estate, Wills and Estates, Business, and Civil Litigation. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and able to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct client meetings, draft agreements, and facilitate real estate transactions

● Draft wills, business agreements, and other legal documents

● Advise clients and assist with regulatory and compliance matters

● Collaborate with law clerks and ensure efficient legal service

Requirements:

● Minimum 1-year practicing law, ideally in real estate or business law

● Strong drafting, research, and interpersonal skills

● Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
