ATM Dentists is a leading dental practice in Mississauga seeking a reliable, friendly, and professional Front Desk Dental Receptionist to join our team. If you have experience in dental reception and are proficient in using Abeldent software, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors warmly.

• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar using Abeldent software.

• Verify and update patient information in the system.

• Assist patients with insurance claims and billing inquiries.

• Collect and process patient payments.

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a dental receptionist.

• Proficiency in Abeldent software.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is an asset.
