Baig Security is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Mississauga office. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize files, perform data entry, and maintain records and databases.

  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas and materials.

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

  • Greet and assist visitors, maintaining a welcoming environment.

  • Order and manage office supplies and assist with travel arrangements.

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma (additional education or certifications in office administration preferred).

  • Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles.

  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive) and other office tools.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

  • Professional, friendly demeanor with strong customer service abilities.

  • Ability to handle confidential information and adapt to changing priorities.
