Baig Security is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant to support office operations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Manage files, perform data entry, and organize office materials.
Schedule appointments, maintain team calendars, and prepare meeting materials.
Greet visitors and handle phone calls/emails professionally.
Order office supplies and assist with travel arrangements.
Provide general support, including basic bookkeeping and database management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma (additional certifications in office administration are a plus).
Proven administrative experience with proficiency in Google Suite.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
