Baig Security is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant to support office operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage files, perform data entry, and organize office materials.

  • Schedule appointments, maintain team calendars, and prepare meeting materials.

  • Greet visitors and handle phone calls/emails professionally.

  • Order office supplies and assist with travel arrangements.

  • Provide general support, including basic bookkeeping and database management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (additional certifications in office administration are a plus).

  • Proven administrative experience with proficiency in Google Suite.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
